Germaine Dublin, a native of Montserrat in the West Indies, migrated to London UK in January 1997 due to the volcanic crisis on the island of Montserrat.  

She has been a registered nurse for nearly 30 years and practiced as a nurse practitioner in London for 9 years. Whilst in London she, earned a BSc in Health Studies and a MSc in Advanced Nursing.  She has a certificate ‘Teaching and Assessing in Clinical Practice’ that enabled her to mentor and teach many nursing students yearly at a teaching university hospital in London. Germaine was also engaged in community health educational efforts where once a month would teach young mothers in the community how to recognize and manage minor illnesses of their infants and toddlers.

Germaine is a bible believing Christian who studied theology and holds a Diploma in Christian Counseling from the University of Wales. She also has a certificate in Christian Education. Germaine is a member of Ebenezer House of Worship where Pastor Edris Webbe is senior pastor. She is involved with ‘Women of Excellence’ ministry which is one of the leadings of Pastor Webbe. 

Germaine was the owner and CEO of Jewelz on Demand which was an online jewelry store that sold fashion jewelry for women. She is the owner and CEO of Cecelia’s which is a fashion boutique specializing in apparel, footwear and accessories for both women and men. She is a small business startup coach focusing on teaching minority and Christian women how to start and run their small business. 

Germaine is the author of “Releasing The Entrepreneur in You, A New Frontier For Christian Women”, co-author of ‘Next Level Lift’ and a contributor in ‘Montserrat in England’. 

Germaine is the proud mother of two children, Shannon and Lenardo and the grandmother of two beautiful boys Nathaniel and Ezekiel.
